Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the Speakpreneur Pro membership and related websites, content and services (together, the "Services") offered by Speakpreneur ("Speakpreneur," "we," "us" or "our"). By purchasing a membership or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

1. The Membership

Speakpreneur Pro is a paid membership that may include: the Eventpreneur digital training; access to the Speakpreneur online community; curated speaking leads delivered by email; access to a private Speakpreneur WhatsApp channel; and VIP tickets to Speakpreneur events, as described on our sales page at the time of purchase.

We may update, improve, add to or remove parts of the Services from time to time. If we make a material reduction to the core Services during a paid period, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase a membership. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Memberships are for a single individual and may not be shared.

3. Pricing, Billing and Auto-Renewal

Membership is offered at $97 per month or $997 per year (in U.S. dollars), or any other price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the plan you select.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate, and your payment method will be charged at each renewal until you cancel. We will give you advance notice of any price change, and the new price will apply from your next renewal after the notice.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend or end your access until payment is completed.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the billing or customer portal link provided by Stripe (for example, in your receipt emails), or by contacting us at paul@theinternetmarketingnerds.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged, except under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee in Section 5.

5. Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with Speakpreneur Pro, you may request a full refund of your first membership payment within 30 days of your initial purchase. Email support@speakpreneur.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will refund that payment to your original payment method and cancel your membership. No hassle and no questions required.

After the first 30 days, payments already charged are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals as described in Section 4. The money-back guarantee applies once per person, to your first membership purchase.

6. Digital Training and Kajabi

The Eventpreneur training and related digital materials (including workbooks, checklists, templates, scripts and resources) are hosted on Kajabi, a third-party platform. Your use of Kajabi is also subject to Kajabi's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.

Access to the training is a limited, personal license for the duration of your active membership, unless we state otherwise in writing.

7. Community and WhatsApp Channel Rules

The Speakpreneur online community and private WhatsApp channel are meant to help speakers and event coordinators connect and collaborate. When participating, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect; no harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination.
• Not spam, send unsolicited bulk promotions, or repeatedly pitch members who have not asked.
• Not share illegal, infringing, misleading, obscene or harmful content.
• Keep other members' personal information and private discussions confidential, and not scrape, copy or export member lists or contact details.
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your credentials.
• Follow any additional group rules posted by the moderators.

The private WhatsApp channel is provided through WhatsApp, a third-party service, and your use of it is also subject to WhatsApp's terms and policies. Your phone number and profile may be visible to other channel members as determined by WhatsApp's settings. We may remove content or suspend or remove any member from the community or channel, at our discretion, for violating these rules.

8. Speaking Leads

Curated speaking leads are compiled from publicly available and other sources and are provided for your information "as is". We aim to send leads relevant to the industries and countries you select, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness of any lead, that any organizer will respond, or that you will be selected, booked or paid for any speaking engagement. You are responsible for evaluating each opportunity, meeting its requirements and deadlines, and any agreements you make with third parties. Delivery frequency and volume described on our sales page are targets and may vary.

9. VIP Event Tickets

VIP tickets included with your membership are subject to the following unless we state otherwise in writing:

• Tickets are subject to event availability, capacity and scheduling, and must be reserved in advance as instructed by us.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless we expressly state otherwise.
• Tickets have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be resold.
• Travel, lodging, meals and other expenses are your responsibility unless included in writing.
• Event dates, locations, speakers and formats may change, and events may be postponed or cancelled.
• Attendees must follow event rules and venue policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services, including training videos, workbooks, templates, scripts, graphics, text, logos and the Speakpreneur name and marks, is owned by Speakpreneur or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the materials for your own business purposes during your membership, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, record, or create competing products from them without our prior written permission.

You keep ownership of content you post in the community or channel, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to operate the Services.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular results, income or bookings. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speakpreneur and its owners, employees, contractors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Speakpreneur harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with event organizers, members or other third parties.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to pay. You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify active members. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Speakpreneur is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
