This Privacy Policy explains how Speakpreneur ("we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website or purchase and use the Speakpreneur Pro membership (the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you complete our onboarding form, we collect your name, email address, the industries you want speaking leads for, and the countries you want leads in. If you contact us, we collect what you include in your message.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by us. We may receive limited information from Stripe, such as your name, email, billing country, plan and payment status.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting providers may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and referring pages.
2. How We Collect It
Our onboarding form is hosted and processed by Netlify (Netlify Forms), which stores your submissions on our behalf. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Some information may be collected by Kajabi when you access the training, and by WhatsApp when you join the private channel.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the membership, including emailing you curated speaking leads that match your selected industries and countries.
- To send membership updates, onboarding information, service announcements and occasional related offers (you can opt out of marketing emails at any time).
- To process payments, manage renewals and cancellations, and provide customer support.
- To give you access to the training, community, WhatsApp channel and VIP tickets.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and Services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third parties to run the Services. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy:
- Stripe: payment processing and billing.
- Netlify: website hosting and onboarding form submissions.
- Kajabi: hosting of the digital training and related materials.
- WhatsApp (Meta): the private Speakpreneur channel. Other channel members may see your phone number or profile depending on WhatsApp's settings.
- Email service providers: delivering lead emails and updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers as needed to operate the Services, when required by law, or in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site (for example, through basic analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and as needed afterwards to provide support, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable measures and reputable providers to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy of your data, and to withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. Note that if you stop receiving lead emails, you will not receive that part of the membership. 9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Users
